Visicom Tracker Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Policy") applies to the geographic location tracking service (hereinafter "Service"), which consists of an internet service located on the Internet at maps.visicom.ua (hereinafter "Website"), and the mobile application "Visicom Tracker" (hereinafter "Application"). The Service is owned and operated by JSC "Visicom" (hereinafter "Visicom" or "we").

The Policy is designed to explain what information we collect and how we use it, so that you can make an informed decision about using our Service.

Your consent to the Policy is expressed through actual use of the Service, and by this you also declare that you are over 14 years old and consent to the collection and use of data described here.

We reserve the right to make changes to the provisions of this Policy at any time by publishing changes at https://api.visicom.ua/en/products/tracker/tracker-privacy. Your use of the Service after these changes are made means you accept them. We recommend reviewing our Policy every time you visit our Website.

What data we collect

When the Application is enabled, the Application service automatically collects information about the mobile device's location using global positioning services and/or mobile operator networks and WiFi.

When using the Website, information about IP address, operating system, browser type, incoming link addresses, as well as activity on the Website and in the Application is automatically collected.

To use the Service, we do not require registration, but for convenience we suggest entering a device name. We assume that this data will not contain personal information.

We consider all the above-mentioned information to be anonymized, as we cannot link it to data that would allow us to identify you.

Transmission and storage of information

We take all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect information from unlawful interference, as well as from other unlawful actions with it by third parties.

However, it should be noted that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or unconditionally reliable. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the Service will not contain errors or deficiencies that affect its use.

We store all location data for no more than 72 hours. We may also use anonymized and/or aggregated data at our discretion.
