What This Document Regulates

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Policy") applies to the Websites and Services of Visicom JSC, as well as all information, including personal data within the meaning of current legislation (hereinafter - "Personal Data").

What Data We Collect

  1. Personal data provided by you during registration (account creation), such as your name, phone number, address.
  2. Electronic data (HTTP headers, IP address, cookies, browser identifier data, hardware and software information).
  3. Date and time of access to the Websites and/or Services.
  4. Geolocation information.
  5. Other information about you necessary for processing in accordance with the terms governing the use of specific Websites or Services.

In most cases, we do not require the provision of Personal data, except in cases where required by law, for example when entering into an agreement.

We also do not purposefully collect user profile data for advertising purposes or for resale to partners or third parties, but reserve such right in the future.

Data Storage and Processing

To ensure operation with the Websites and Services, storage and processing of Personal data is performed by us — Visicom JSC with legal address 01001, Kyiv, 25/2 Velyka Zhytomyrska Street.

All Personal data is stored on the territory of Ukraine.

We take all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect information from unlawful interference, as well as from other unlawful actions with it by third parties.

You may decline a request to provide your Personal data, in which case some features or services may not be available to you.

You can also delete Personal data partially or completely using the Self-Service System, or by sending us a request, we will fulfill specified requests in accordance with current legislation.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on a device for data storage that are read by a web server in the domain where they were created. We use cookies and similar technologies to store and maintain your preferences and settings for logging into the system.

Our applications use additional identifiers for similar purposes, for example, API key or device identifier in Visicom Tracker, see additionally Visicom Tracker Privacy Policy.

To manage data collected by cookies and similar technologies, you can, for example, use controls in your web browser to limit the use of cookies by websites and revoke consent to their use.

Policy Updates

Changes may be made to this Policy. We have the right to make changes at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where such changes are related to changes in legislation, as well as when such changes are related to changes in the operation of Websites and Services.
