Terms

Websites — Visicom Maps and Visicom API, as well as the Visicom website.
Services — all parts of Visicom API services.
Data — cartographic information, images, trademarks, logos, or brand names.

Exclusive rights to the Products belong to Visicom. Exclusive rights to the Data belong to Visicom or the Copyright Holders.

This statement does not grant the User any rights to use the websites, services, or data, except for those capabilities provided directly through the existing functions of the products.

By using our websites and services, the User grants Visicom the right to use the User's logo, trademark, and/or brand name and/or the user's website/application for informational, advertising, and marketing purposes related to our products, without the need to obtain additional consent from the User and without paying them any remuneration for such use.

Copyright Holders

A limited list of copyright holders, only those whose Data is used in Visicom Websites and Services.
